Amy E. Friedlander Named to Kayo’s Top 26 in 2026 Women on the Move in Real Estate

Amy recently joined The Knutson Companies as Vice President of Acquisitions, bringing more than a decade of experience in real estate acquisitions, development and urban planning throughout the Washington, D.C. region. In her role, she leads Knutson’s land acquisition strategy and supports the continued growth of the company’s residential and mixed-use development pipeline, aligning opportunity with long-term vision and design excellence.

A longtime member of the Kayo community, Amy will speak on the “Comeback Stories: Repositioning, Retrofits, and Returns” panel at the 2026 Kayo Real Estate Summit, held June 24–25, 2026.
